Runners at Turffontein on Sunday

Three newcomers go to post for Lucky Fish Ambassadors Mike and Mathew de Kock at Turffontein on Sunday.

One Eye On Dubai (NZ) is a three-year-old colt by multiple European Group 1 winner Almanzor, and he is considered to have a chance on his debut in Race 2 over 1200m. Mat said: “He needs further, but he has shown us enough to be competitive against these. It depends how green he will be in the running.”

Much the same goes for Rafeef’s son Reckless Abandon in Race 3 over 1200m. He is putting up some decent work, but his performance might be affected by inexperience. In the same contest Razzpath Rebel (Pathfork) is expected to be green from a wide draw, and Mat said: “He has not yet shown much at home and we’re hoping he improves at the races.”
