Calantha is on the BSA Online Sale

Smart five-year-old mare Calantha will be available for purchase on Bloodstock SA's May Online Sale that starts tomorrow, 5 May 2026 on this link.
Calantha (Lot # 31) won five of 16 races for Diane de Kock's Ladies Onamission Syndicate and was a little unlucky just missing the places in the Grade 3 Sycamore Sprint and the Listed Carry On Alice Stakes.
She is by Querari out of Simply Royal, by Silvano - a half-sister to Graded-placed classic prospect Aristocratic, from the close family of Cherry On The Top and Summer Pudding.
Mathew de Kock commented: "Calantha was a beautiful race mare and she'll make a fine broodmare in all respects."
