Lucky Fish ambassadors Mike and Mathew de Kock have three good chances at Turffontein today, but wide draws come into play in all three races and have to be taken into account.

Here are Mat’s comments:

Race 3, 1450: “Blunderbore is the horse to beat on form, and he is well. If I had a crystal ball and knew whether he was going to get a smooth run in transit from his 10-10 draw, I could have given all the confidence, but we’ll have to wait and see.”

Race 4, 1450m: “We are very happy with Vision Of Gold, who is bred to step up in trip and should enjoy this. She’s improved and has strong eachway prospects.”

Race 7, 1600m: “This is the right type of race for Industrialstrength and we thought he had a big chance to win it until we saw the draws. He also has to start from the widest gate. He warrants inclusion, of course, we’ll hope for the best.”
